Starting Rate of Pay:
$20.00/hour
Shifts Available and Hours
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
12-hour rotating schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next; averaging 42 hours per week).
This position requires working every other weekend.
What you will be doing
Safely pack, band, and tag aluminum extrusions according to customer specifications.
Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify product quality.
Follow packing instructions and complete production transactions in AS400.
Meet daily production, quality, and safety expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and work collaboratively with the production team.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience
Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to recognize workplace hazards.
Ability to work in high-heat environments (approximately 30–35°C ).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Basic mathematical skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
