What you will be doing
Place Safety First.
Leadership; ability to positively interact with team members in training, coaching, and mentoring. Be a positive role model.
Lead by example.
Adherence to paint schedule.
Ensure proper material flow.
o Proper hanging of material
o Management of cure delays/oven temperatures
o Hook and rod placement and cleaning
o Clearing of washers
o Data entry
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
Knowledge of Paint Line Processes.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English; Good verbal
communications skills a plus.
Team player; ability to work as a team.
