- Lead by example.
- Adherence to paint schedule.
- Ensure proper material flow.
o Proper hanging of material
o Management of cure delays/oven temperatures
o Hook and rod placement and cleaning
o Clearing of washers
o Data entry
Required Education/Experience:
- Knowledge of Paint Line Processes.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English; Good verbal
communications skills a plus. - Team player; ability to work as a team.
