Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
What you will be doing
Pull all correct tooling for press schedules and supply them to the correct Press/location.
Remove all used tooling from presses and separate tooling for caustic/storage.
Load used tooling into boil out tanks.
Remove boiled out tooling from caustic tanks, rinse, dry.
Shot blast all dies from caustic cleaning and transport into die repair shop.
Manipulation and control of steel (50-75lbs) with pulling, pushing and lifting.
Other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision tooling.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and setup documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in aluminum extrusion, die shop operations, or industrial manufacturing.
Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and lifting devices.
Knowledge of extrusion dies, tooling assembly, and die handling practices.
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
