Starting Rate of pay:
$23.52/hour
Shifts Available and Hours:
Night Shift
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
What you will be doing
- Ability to work safely and effectively, meeting or exceeding production goals.
- Process material through AS400 system.
- Ensure all bundles are packed per the pack codes.
- Ensure piece counts are accurate and correct profiles are packed.
- Responsible for safe operation of the Emmebi.
- Report mechanical or safety issues to Supervisor.
- Loading proper plastic gauge wrap into machine.
- Load proper size wood battens.
- Print all drawings and instructions for each batch.
- Audit completed bundles for accuracy.

Required Education/Experience:
- The ability to work any shift is required.

Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English- both written and
verbally preferred. -
Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs; must have ability to work
at a fast pace; maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding
production goals.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 Years Manufacturing Experience desirable.
- Knowledge of Fabrication processes is a plus.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- HSD or GED preferred.
- Leadership and coaching.
- Team player; ability to work as a team.
- Self-starter; Adaptable to change.
- Ability to prioritize needs.

Must complete internal or external assessment to determine appropriate
communication, math, and problem-solving skills. - Basic Computer skills and familiarity with AS400 system a plus.
