Starting Rate of Pay: $ 18.76/hour for the first 10 months for packer position
$ 19.06/hour for the first 10 months for loader position
Shifts Available and Hours: Night Shift- EOWEO/ 2-2-3; 5:45 pm- 6:00 am (1 position available at time of posting)
Dayshift- EOWEO/ 2-2-3; 5:45 am- 6:00 pm (3 packer positions available & 1 loader at time of posting)
Shift Premium: Nightshift- $.50/ hour for night shift
Bonus: Monthly profit sharing (Eligible after 6 months)
What you will be doing
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
- Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
- Safely and efficiently operates assigned equipment or machine.
- Lifts and stacks products.
- Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned areas.
- Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.
- Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.
- Must be able to work long hours as needed in seasonal temperatures
What will make you successful?
Education and Experience Requirements:
- No High School Diploma or GED required.
- Little to no previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience is needed.
- Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
- Must possess a willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow.
- Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Must be able to use a calculator.
