- Perform machine setups, production operations, and quality checks for machined parts per documented standard work and other written/verbal standards/instructions
- Perform various other production and related operations per documented standard work and other written/verbal standards/instructions
- Perform preventive maintenance activities per documented instructions
- Stock and handle parts to support production
- Monitor the quality of parts and assemblies – and communicate potential rejects timely
- Work positvely as a team to meet goals for and improve safety, quality, delivery, and production output
- Timely communicate any risks to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance
- Participate in 6S organization efforts
- Comply with company policies, procedures, standard work, work instructions, and other instructions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Required training must be completed within 6 months of the start date
