Core Responsibilities Of Our Production Supervisor
- Lead and support daily production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity expectations are achieved.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while fostering accountability and a positive team environment.
- Develop strong working relationships with employees and cross-functional teams to support operational success and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and production needs while helping resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or technical school preferred
- 6 plus years of related manufacturing leadership experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Comfortable addressing employee concerns, resolving conflict, and supporting team development
- Ability to prioritize work, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in a production environment
- Working knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage staffing and production demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production-related systems preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support operational goals
- Experience coaching employees and driving employee engagement initiatives preferred
