Brief Description

Logistics Cycle Counters know the significance of accurate inventory and the effects of discrepancies. As a Cycle Counter, you are driven to discrepancy resolution by investigating and documenting the cause, all while knowing it may require workday schedule flexibility. This involves self-motivation to prioritize daily tasks.

Hourly wage: Commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do

• Maintain high level of accuracy while performing scheduled and random cycle counts in Work In Progress (WIP) locations
• Record data in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
• Use problem-solving skills finding root causes for inventory discrepancies
• Audit inventory systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Inform with routine reports and communications with all levels in organization
• Increase inventory accuracy and reduce costly production disruptions
  
  

Requirements

• High school or GED with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing/logistics experience is required
• Warehouse capabilities (scan gun, fork truck, loading/unloading trucks, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Accurate Data Entry
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of MRP systems
