About the Role
Hydrate HQ is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiting Intern to support our team in identifying and attracting top talent. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in recruiting, sales operations, and business development.
Most of the roles you’ll help recruit for are B2B outside sales positions in the drinking water industry, along with occasional administrative and support roles.
What You’ll Do
- Source and identify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Review resumes and screen candidates for open positions
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Help manage applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates via email and phone
- Support recruiting efforts for both sales and administrative roles
What We’re Looking For
- Current college student (or recent graduate)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using phone, email, and online tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Interest in recruiting, sales, or business development
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation
