Role Description
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. Team members operate in Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Australia. HydraHold seeks an Advisory Board Member to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise for HydraHold International's initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring leadership on business development opportunities, offering insights on water technology innovations, building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and reviewing financial models to support scalable operations. Board members will also engage with public utilities, NGOs, and government representatives to align HydraHold’s mission with the priorities of clientele. HydraHold is in a pre-funding stage.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in water resource management, environmental engineering, or sustainable development
- Experience in strategic planning, business growth, or scaling humanitarian operations
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement with government agencies, NGOs, or coastal utility operators
- Experience in financial oversight, including reviewing budget alignments and public-private partnership models
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to provide constructive, actionable insights
- Familiarity with international water safety standards (e.g., WHO) is a plus
- Background in disaster response, logistics planning, or related fields is highly desirable
