Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects in the field, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, manufacturing personnel, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any project-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with NEC standards and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Facilitate communication with customers to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assemble control panels according to schematics and specifications.
- Perform wiring, soldering, and assembly of electronic components.
- Test and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs and SCADA) and other electrical systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects with a focus on system design and integration.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for collaboration with mechanical engineering teams on integrated projects.
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs, SCADA) and their applications.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
