Hyde Park Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Restaurant Recruiter to join our team at our Beachwood office. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, in-office position supporting recruiting efforts for our fine dining restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit both hourly and salaried candidates across all restaurant locations
- Utilize online platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter to identify top talent
- Ensure all job postings are current, compliant, and aligned with company standards
- Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling and in-person restaurant visits
- Travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight stays
- Develop and manage social media content to support recruiting initiatives
- Research new markets, concepts, and sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, colleges, and third-party recruiting partners
- Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment assessments in partnership with Human Resources
- Maintain accurate candidate records and databases
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer stage
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to monitor candidate progress and ensure timely communication
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date recruiting documentation
- Support audits and perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous hospitality recruiting experience is a plus
