Summary
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager who focuses on the guest experience, has a hands-on management style, is adept with financials, and knows how to manage the floor in an upscale environment. Candidates must be able to effectively run the business, while providing ongoing education/mentorship for their management team so strong leadership and communication skills are necessary. We require a structured, upscale dining/food & beverage experience, coupled with a leader that can deliver exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations.
- Consistent execution of all system, standards, and processes.
- Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales.
- Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.
- Monitor daily labor/matrix and other payroll reports.
- Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards, knowledge and experience with high levels of guest service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hospitality degree is a plus
