Lamoille North Supervisory Union is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Special Education Case Manager to provide services at Hyde Park Elementary School. Applicants must have a deep understanding of early childhood development and be licensed as a Vermont Early Childhood Special Educator. Once hired, individuals would be working with a dynamic team that would include classroom teachers, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists. Responsibilities would include instruction and ongoing assessment as well as the development of Evaluation Plans and Individual Education Plans.
