Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair desktop, laptop, server, and storage devices
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
- Support network infrastructure and connectivity troubleshooting
- Deliver high-quality direct user support and customer service
- Travel frequently to client sites for on-site support and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT support roles
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and remote desktop support tools
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
