Role: UAT Analyst

Interview Process: 2 rounds
Must Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least two operational areas at a Hyatt Hotel (Guest Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, Revenue)
- Opera PMS experience (front-end and configuration)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and execute structured approaches to problem-solving
- Highly organized to meet timelines and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with hotel application usage and strategic thinking to understand business impact
- Experience with systems such as Opera PMS, Reserve CRS, PRIO, POS, and/or Guest Service Systems
- Minimum 2 years of UAT testing
Nice to Haves:
- Associate degree or comparable work experience
- Experience with JIRA
- Familiarity with HotSOS, Colleague Advantage, and Digital Check-In
Day to Day:
- Test Oracle Opera Cloud PMS and Hyatt’s Colleague Advantage system
- Collaborate closely with the Global PMS Team under the direction of the PMS Strategy & UAT Manager
- Acquire technical understanding of systems and platforms
- Thoroughly test solutions using relevant approaches and tools
- Document, escalate, and prioritize findings/issues during testing
- Create certification sign-off packets and obtain approvals for deployment
- Prepare operational and technical release documentation and communication
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently and collaboratively, adapting to new technologies
Salary : $40 - $45
