Perseid Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher to join the team! Located inside Hotel Saint Augustine, Perseid is a neighborhood bistro offering a Gulf Coast–inspired take on the classic bistro experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
