This is a posting for a Night Audit Host- Overnight Shift at the Grand Hyatt Denver, a 516 room hotel with over 60,000 sq ft of meeting space.
The Night Audit Host is responsible for assisting in the overnight front office shift. This will include cash control, preparing and balancing various reports, responding to guest service issues, and the check-in and check-out process. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
This position is for the overnight shift, and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Schedules are not set and are determined based on business needs. Typical shifts will be from 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am pending business levels, occasional PM shifts may be required as well pending business levels.
