Job Description:

Hotel Daphne is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Minibar Attendant to ensure our guests enjoy a well-stocked and impeccably maintained minibar experience. This role is essential in upholding our hotel’s commitment to luxury, comfort, and seamless guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Accurately record minibar consumption and charge guests accordingly.
• Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly labeled, and within expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.
• Report any maintenance or operational issues in guest rooms.
• Provide courteous and discreet service, respecting guests’ privacy.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and guest charges.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
