Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards for the restaurant, dining outlets, cafe, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas.
- Minimize waste and optimize cost and production efficiency.
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of food supplies.
- Assist in the development and refinement of menu items as needed.
- Follow all safety and health regulations, including proper handling of food and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related food service environment preferred.
