This Hyatt Hotel Trainee program was developed to provide training for recent hospitality college graduates for hotel management positions in the hotel operations division and may include exposure to Hyatt's Rooms, Food and Beverage, or Engineering departments. The objective of this Hyatt training program is to learn supervisory expectations, skills and exposure to management training for individuals seeking a career in hospitality. The position may provide rotation, or the trainee may fulfill a supervisory position during the duration of the program.
