As a Server, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service. This role is responsible for greeting guests, accurately taking and delivering orders, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring every guest's needs are met throughout their visit.
Servers must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and guest-focused attitude. Working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team, Servers play a key role in exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Greet guests promptly and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address requests promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
- Process guest payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
