We are looking for a Seasonal Engineer. This person would be eligible for full time hours through the season, ending around 9/30/2026.
The General Maintenance Engineer – Preventative Maintenance will perform routine maintenance throughout both properties and will monitor, operate, and maintain the mechanical equipment in all areas. Must be able to work on their own with little or no supervision and available 24/7. Regularly required to stand walk and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds. This person should possess general troubleshooting skills to repair kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and HVAC equipment. Must be able to do general facilities maintenance to include but not limited to replace light switches, outlets, light fixtures, and work on basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment. Familiar with basic OSHA safety requirements, and fire life safety systems. This person should have some painting and patching skills. This person must have good communication skills and be somewhat proficient with computers.
This role is generally Monday-Friday day shift preforming RMI (repair, maintenance and improvement) work on mainly rooms. This position will be working full time hours ~ 40 hours per week, however not eligible for medical benefits as it is a seasonal role. Although the typical hours will be day, there may be emergency/situational/events and/or projects where this person needs to be flexible to work other hours/dates as needed.
This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs.
The rate for this position ranges from $22.49-$26.00/hour.

OSHA laws require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work duties that have a potential of risk to your health or safety. - Protective gloves, eye protection, breathing protection, hearing protection, lock-out/tag-out protection and any other equipment as necessary to provide a safe working environment.
- Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Possess good electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to read blueprints, wiring schematics and technical manuals.
- Ability to read and write the English language fluently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the public and other associates.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Energy Management System.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Applicants with additional language skills a plus
- Long hours sometimes required, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time and to work in confined spaces as necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk and stand for long hours and comfortable working with all heights. Must be able to climb ladders, etc.
