- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage meeting details.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution.
- Track performance metrics and support Sales & Marketing initiatives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with proven negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in hotel sales/meeting management.
