Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, and onboard qualified personnel to meet organizational staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with all employment statutes and regulations
- Oversee wage administration, employee benefits, workers’ compensation, and unemployment processes
- Develop, implement, and manage training and development programs for staff
- Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions to promote positive employee relations
- Collaborate with leadership to develop HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making
- Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
