How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
- Make reservations, secure tickets, and arrange transportation and travel details.
- Handle VIP requests, including special product orders and turndown services.
- Arrange for laundry, cleaning, and repair services for guests’ belongings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including authorizing credit applications.
- Facilitate the sending and receiving of guest packages.
- Act as host for morning coffee service and create warm guest interactions.
- Report suspicious behavior to hotel security to maintain a safe environment.
- Consistently greet guests in a professional, friendly manner to elevate their experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Front Office team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong guest service orientation with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform routine tasks consistently.
- Reliable problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to assist guests by lifting and carrying belongings.
- Discretion and attentiveness when handling sensitive guest needs or information.
- Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide personalized and efficient service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
