This position is offering a $1,000 Hiring Bonus, subject to applicable tax withholdings. $500 to be paid out after 3 months of employment and the remaining $500 after 6 months of employment.

General Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Train the maintenance team in fostering safety, accountability and team work.
- Collaborate & Solve: Oversee daily maintenance and repair of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety equipment.
- Drive Excellence: Spearhead the preventative maintenance program that ensures guest satisfaction and asset protection.
- Troubleshoot: Resolve system malfunctions while ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Partnerships: Work with vendors, contractors, and inspectors to ensure quality work and regulatory compliance.
- Manage: Take charge of the maintenance budget, capital projects, and vendor contracts.
- Roll Up Your Sleeves: Troubleshoot issues, resolve malfunctions, and jump in and work side by side with your team to get the job done right.
- Previous Hotel or related field experience preferred
- A proven hands on leader who communicates clearly and builds trust with their team.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems.
- 3 years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard computer programs.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
