Summary
TEMPORARY POSTION
Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa is a large complex of 1230 rooms and currently looking for a Temporary Receiving - Food & Beverage Coordinator. This role will support the Food & Beverage management team as well as support in the Receiving department. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage a varied workflow and operate independently and with minimal oversight. Knowledge of the various systems are preferred - Birchstreet, Kronos/Dimensions and Excel. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can understand various concepts and apply learning quickly in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Days off may be mid-week
- Will handle clerical, administrative and payroll duties for the Food & Beverage departments as well as various Receiving duties
- Will support the Purchasing Director and the Receiving Manager in their absence.
- Will need to exercise a level of sensitivity with guest information and packages.
- Will help with answering calls from both internal and external guest.
- Will support receiving function in the absence of the Receiving Manager or Purchasing Director
Salary : $28 - $30
