The Site/VIP Experience Manager will be responsible for elevating the experience for the most important clients visiting Hyatt Regency New Orleans. The manager will work with sales, events, and all operating departments to ensure communication and flawless execution of site visits, pre-convention meetings, pre-planning meetings, familiarization trips, and on-site planner and VIP experiences. This position will report to the Associate Director of Sales and the Director of Commercial Services .
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Site Visits
Pre-Convention Meetings – Work with events to create memorable pre-convention events, coordinate communication and executive participation, amenities, GEM Notes, etc.
On-site coordination of Key Events and organization officials – Staff Office, VIP Tables, etc.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Site Visits
- Working directly with sales manager to create dynamic experiences and increase conversion ratio with choreographed experiences. The manager will be responsible for coordinating, purchasing materials, and executing site visits.
- Pre-Site, On-site, and post site
- Documenting Site Activity, conversions, and opportunities for improvement
- Producing a weekly call sheet for the general managers and communicating status of bookings
- Attending operational meetings to promote the site activity
- Meeting VIP guests upon arrival
Pre-Convention Meetings – Work with events to create memorable pre-convention events, coordinate communication and executive participation, amenities, GEM Notes, etc.
On-site coordination of Key Events and organization officials – Staff Office, VIP Tables, etc.

- Special Event Assistance
- Continuing Sales Process after booking for long-term programs.
- Touch all major programs 200 room and up touch every 6 months.
