Server Assistant - Water's Edge Grill (Full-Time/Seasonal)

Summary

This Full-Time\Seasonal position will end October 2026.

The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

What You'll Do:

• General restaurant preparation.
• Maintaining a sanitary environment (service station setups, stock replenishment, equipment organization and cleaning).
• Manage cash and electronic payment transactions.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Offer exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Must have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous food and beverage experience is an asset
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must be available to work the breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts depending on business needs
• Must be able to prioritize
• Must be excellent in multi-tasking
• Must have refined verbal communication skills
• Must have ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis, pull, and push a moderate to heavy amount of weight.
