Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests entering the property with genuine hospitality and professional communication.
- Provide luggage assistance, room deliveries, amenity deliveries, and storage services.
- Safely and efficiently valet guest vehicles; retrieve vehicles promptly upon request.
- Maintain accurate tracking of valet tickets, vehicle locations, and guest items.
- Assist with transportation needs, directions, resort information, and activity recommendations.
- Keep driveway, bell desk, and storage areas organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Support shuttle or resort vehicle operations as needed (if eligible/qualified).
- Respond to guest concerns quickly and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
- Adhere to all safety, driving, and company procedures.
- Perform additional tasks to support the Guest Services team and overall resort operations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage (up to 75 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong communication and guest-service skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Previous valet, bell, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available weekends and holidays during the season.
