The Part-Time Certified/Licensed Nail Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional nail care services in a professional and guest-focused environment. This role requires expertise in manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, along with a commitment to cleanliness, creativity, and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Nail Services

• Perform a variety of nail services, including classic and spa manicures and pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, nail art, and other specialized treatments.
• Stay current with nail care trends, techniques, and products to offer modern and innovative services.
  
  

Client Consultations

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend appropriate nail services and aftercare.
• Customize services based on individual needs, nail conditions, and style preferences.
  
  

Workload & Time Management

• Manage scheduled appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
• Transition smoothly between services, ensuring a seamless and timely guest experience.
  
  

Sanitation & Workspace Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with salon safety and sanitation protocols.
• Sanitize tools and equipment after each use and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the salon.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new techniques and products.
• Collaborate with fellow salon professionals and spa staff to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable guest experience.
  
  

Guest Service Excellence

• Deliver professional, high-quality nail services that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
