Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing business opportunities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process
- Prepare contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and other event documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, catering, AV, etc.) to ensure event requirements are met
- Conduct site tours and client meetings as needed
- Track and manage event details, budgets, and billing processes
- Support on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales management systems
- Assist with post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, events, hospitality, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or event management systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Salary : $22 - $25
