Essential responsibilities:
- Take and enter guest food and beverage orders for In-Room Dining using hotel systems.
- Deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Run food between kitchen and outlets with a sense of urgency and care.
- Maintain tray, cart, table, and room setup standards according to hotel guidelines.
- Provide clear, courteous, and efficient communication with culinary, service teams, and guests.
- Assist with side work, restocking, polishing, cleaning, and maintaining all service areas.
- Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash-handling/charge procedures when applicable.
- Ensure all items are delivered promptly, safely, and in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Support additional F&B operational needs as assigned, including expo, staging, and light hosting tasks.
- Uphold Hyatt brand standards and guest service expectations at all times.
