Essential Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and support colleagues across multiple outlets during service periods.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of outlet associates.
- Provide daily direction to ensure staffing levels, service quality, and operational readiness.
- Participate in performance conversations and recognition initiatives.
- Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures for all assigned outlets.
- Monitor service flow, table touches, guest needs, and issue resolution.
- Serve as liaison between culinary and service teams to ensure coordination, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Support scheduling, break compliance, and daily shift assignments.
- Assist with inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment/maintenance follow‑up.
- Maintain Hyatt’s standards for hospitality and service excellence across all outlets.
- Engage with guests throughout the dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Assist in managing special requests, group needs, VIP service, and high‑volume peak periods.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards for all venues.
- Perform accurate cash handling, transaction oversight, and shift financial reconciliation.
- Assist with labor management, productivity controls, and waste reduction efforts.
- Support revenue‑driving initiatives including upselling, menu knowledge, and promotional offerings.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health department standards, and safety procedures.

- Previous food & beverage supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume dining environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food & beverage fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast‑paced, high‑demand environments.
