What does the ROLE entail?
- Responsible for assisting in the oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food and Beverage Operations Divisions. This can include; Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets and Event Services/Banquets.
- This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills
- Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
- This position works in a team environment
- Other duties of this role may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll and scheduling
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Hotel experience is a must – supervisory experience preferable
- Strong customer service orientation and customer service skills
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- A fun and energized person with a creative mindset
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, pull, push a moderate amount of weight
- Capable of moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing
