- Supervise and support the night audit/front desk team during overnight shifts
- Oversee completion of daily audit processes, including financial reconciliation and reporting
- Review and approve guest folios, room charges, and transactions for accuracy
- Handle guest concerns, escalations, and VIP arrivals
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and management teams
- Conduct nightly property walkthroughs and safety checks

Qualifications
- 2 years of hotel front office or night audit experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, PMS systems)
- Solid understanding of accounting and audit procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
