What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor commercial boilers, chillers, and related equipment
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, safety inspections, and repairs
- Oversee daily operation of the hotel’s Boiler and Chiller plant
- Conduct preventive maintenance using a Windows‑based system
- Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Read blueprints/schematics and respond to equipment or guest needs
- Maintain accurate logs, inspections, and shift documentation
- Assist with emergencies and support safe hotel operations

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2nd Class Stationary Engineer License required
- 3 years of experience working with commercial boiler and chiller plant operations
- Building maintenance experience required; hotel experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical schematics
- Solid communication skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays
- A commitment to safety, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service
