A Dock & Drink Server will be responsible for submitting guest menu selection and presenting these food and beverage options. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Dock & Drink server will engage in conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment for all. In summary, our Server is mainly responsible for servicing food and beverage to include the order taking and delivery of any food and beverage items within our seasonal venue. To be successful, our Dock & Drink server will perform in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
This is a seasonal role with the assignment expected to start in April 2026 and due to end in October 2026. The end date is subject to change. This position is based at our seasonal outdoor venue, Dock & Drink, and will involve exposure to varying weather conditions.

Qualifications
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays**
- Must be at least 18 years of age **
- Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to being placed on the work schedule.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills (for menu presentation, promotions, engaging with guests, and interacting with colleagues, etc).
- Confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage (alcohol, beer and wine) offerings.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role (as it relates to service, pre and post shift work, cash handling).
- Ability to foster a positive working relationship with departmental and support role colleagues to enhance teamwork.
- Minimum of one-year previous F&B serving experience in either fine dining to family style dining.
- Knowledge of POS and reservations systems.
- Available to work all shifts.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
