Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the seating system
- Communicate accurate wait times and accommodate guest preferences when possible
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Answer guest inquiries about the menu, restaurant, and property offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure seamless service
- Previous customer service or host/greeter experience preferred but not required
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
