Qualifications
- Requires good communication skills.
- 3 years of previous line experience is preferred.
- A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to perform all intermediate and advanced cooking skills.
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- A calm and friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
