Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is searching for a Front Desk Agent (Guest Service Agent) to join our Front Office Team in an On-Call capacity.

We emphasize personalized services with the spirit of Aloha and focus on the importance of learning and sharing our Hawaiian Culture and History with our colleagues and guests.
Front Desk Agents are responsible for directly interacting with guests throughout their stay. From the arrival and check-in process through check-out and departures, our Front Desk Agents provide information about the Resort, Restaurants, Spa, and surrounding areas to provide an exceptional experience.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $28.67 - $35.84.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests
- Ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- Open availability, including overnights and weekends
- Comfortable with fast paced environment
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Able to work a variety of shifts including holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
