Participants will partner with and support departmental leadership teams, gaining practical experience in operations management, employee engagement, service delivery, and strategic decision-making.
Through an extensive training program, interns will develop a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, guest service excellence, financial performance, and team leadership. Successful participants may be considered for future supervisory or management opportunities within the organization. This position has no fixed term.
Pay rate for this position is $21.00/HR
