Job Overview:
The Project Houseperson is responsible for but not limited to shampooing and extracting carpets as well as grout, window, furniture cleaning and other projects as assigned. This person must have good communication and organization skills. Must be able to work independently and lift heavy items on a consistent basis. Must be able to cover shifts for houseperson or public area attendant as needed.
*Must be able to work overnight as needed to complete special projects*
Wage Information:
The salary range for this position is $23.00 to $29.90. The starting hourly rate is $23.00 Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education.

Qualifications
*Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship*
- Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
- Ability to understand and comply with proper cleaning techniques, procedures and brand standards.
- Knowledge of the following cleaning machines: Extractor, Hi-Lo Speed Bonnet & Buffing Machine, Spot Extractor, Wide Area Vacuum
- Ability to timely complete assigned tasks.
- Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.
- Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient.
- Flexible schedule to include, morning, evening, and overnight
