What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery with care and urgency
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Clean stock and Market
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
