As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be a key part of daily hotel operations. You’ll lead your shift confidently, participate in our Manager‑on‑Duty (MOD) program, and help shape a workplace where teamwork, hospitality, and problem‑solving shine. Your availability to work a variety of shifts—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights—helps support the daily operational needs of our busy downtown hotel, ensuring we deliver consistent, high‑quality service to every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, support, and motivate front desk team members.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth, efficient shift operations.
- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, questions, and special requests.
- Participate in the hotel’s MOD program to support property operations when scheduled.
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, and all required shift reports accurately.
- Provide guests with local recommendations and hotel information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, guest‑ready lobby environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
Who You Are
- 2 years of hotel front desk experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred).
- Skilled at delivering exceptional, personable customer service.
- Confident leading a team and handling guest‑service challenges.
- Experience with Opera PMS and Micros POS is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with guests from all over the world.
