What you will be doing
Delivering exceptional guest service, resolving conflicts, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Performing check-in and check-out transactions utilizing computer systems and precise cash handling skills.
Providing service at the bar for espresso and alcoholic beverages, as well as assisting with food preparation in the kitchen.
Setting up and servicing meeting spaces as needed to support property events.

Qualifications
Customer service experience is required; previous hotel experience is preferred.
Must have the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requires a strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
