What You'll Do- Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Perform front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and distribute required reports for hotel management.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct routine security walks and monitor hotel activity during overnight hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Support hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Prior night audit experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic accounting or cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Comfortable using hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
