Summary
As a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, 11pm-7am. This position is essential for maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
- Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a comfortable stay.
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest relations.
